Phyllca: While living in Irvine, California, she was the owner of a successful sales organization in the apparel industry. In recent years, Phyllis and Don bought, remodeled and sold more than 10 investment properties in Irvine and South Palm Desert. Included were homes at Ironwood Country Club, Palm Desert Tennis Club and the Summit in South Palm Desert. The love of the desert and real estate led Phyllis to join Windermere as a real estate professional. Living in The Summit keeps her up-close to the pulse of South Palm Desert. Phyllis and Don are also solar advocates for the city of Palm Desert.
